Your payment is due the morning of your service date in the form of Venmo, Zelle, Cash or Check written out to your personal cleaner. No refunds once a service has been completed.
If it's necessary to cancel/skip your scheduled cleaning, we will require a 24-hour notice. If we receive the notice in less than 24 hours, then you will be charged a $70 late cancellation fee. If we can't get access to your home then your fee will be the same as your scheduled cleaning fee.
Any changes to your regular scheduled cleanings should be communicated with management only. Do not inform your crew member(s) directly of any changes to your schedule. For more information please email: info@theocdcleaningcrew.com
If you have any valuables or antiques, etc., we would like for you to inform our crew member(s) upon your scheduled cleaning. To avoid any accidents we would recommend that you store any valuables or antiques, etc., away. From time to time something may be broken, although not common accidents do happen. Our crew member(s) are instructed to inform you right away of any accident.
Your crew member(s) is personally responsible for the things he/she breaks (up to $500).
In the event that an item is broken/damaged, we reserve the right to repair or replace it.
We are not responsible for picture frames etc., attached with anything other than standard picture hooks.
We are also not responsible for items that break due to manufacture defects or installation error or extensive use (fridge shelves, oven glass doors or plumbing issues etc.) If your crew member(s) is injured while cleaning your home you will not be held responsible.
Your crew member(s) may take before and after pictures of their work. Those pictures will not be used on any website, social media or promotions without your written consent. We only use the pictures in case there's a disagreement between you and your crew member(s).
Please let us know if you have any surfaces that we need to pay special attention to.
Marble, antique, unfinished wood floors, special finishes on kitchen cabinet doors, silverware etc.
You are responsible for informing us of any special care surfaces. If you want your crew member(s) to use a specific product on a specific surface then you must provide those products on the day of your scheduled cleaning.
The cleaning will be more satisfactory if your crew member(s) doesn't have to spend a lot of time tidying up. By doing so this will prevent misplaced important paperworks and help us be more efficient.
Surfaces that have a large amount of paperwork for example may not be cleaned. Pick up toys, clothes and paperwork before your scheduled cleaning so that the crew member(s) can clean smoothly/thoroughly.

Due to the special care that pets and plants require, we won't be able to take care of them.
If you are a pet owner be sure to mention it to us because some of our crew member(s) have allergies. We don't want to send someone that is allergic and then have to reschedule you or put you on our waiting list.
If your cleaner feels unsafe/threatened they have the right to leave your apartment/home immediately. Your cleaner is instructed to record you after announcing it. Our company have zero tolerance for rude behavior, yelling, or racism.
